One-off Donation

On behalf of the population we serve, Hong Kong Red Cross would fully utilize and appreciate every dollar you donate. Please pledge a one-off donation of any amount so that we can bring aid and care to people who are in need!

Online Donation

Click here and make online donation by credit card with e-certificate, which will provide encryption protections (SSL 128 bits) to all transactions and identify our online donation page authenticity.

 

Credit Card

Please return the completed donation form (MS Word format / PDF format) to us by mail or fax to (852) 2802-0017.

 

Crossed Cheque

Please make your cheque payable to the "Hong Kong Red Cross" and mail to us with the completed donation form (MS Word format / PDF format) .

If you would like to bank in your cheque to our bank accounts, please write down your cheque number in the donation form.

 

Faster Payment System (FPS) 

Please transfer the donation to the Hong Kong Red Cross “FPS ID” : 164279317

Please send us a screen capture of the related transaction history with your name, telephone no., postal address and donor ID(if applicable) to crd@redcross.org.hk for the donation receipt.

 

Direct transfer to the HKRC Account

You could support us by direct transfer donation through bank teller / ATM electronic teller machines / internet banking platform to the following bank accounts:

Please mail us the original bank pay-in-slip together with the completed donation form (MS Word format / PDF format) for an official receipt.

 

Seven Eleven
You can make cash donation via any 7-Eleven outlets. Please mail us the original cash donation receipt together with the completed donation form  (MS Word format / PDF format)  for an official receipt of the HKRC.

 

Hang Seng Internet banking

You can also make donations via Hang Seng e-banking. Please entre the page of "Bill Payment" and select "e-Donation", and then select "Hong Kong Red Cross".

Please print out the Bill Payment acknowledgement slip after the transaction and send to us by mail or by fax (852) 2802-0017, together with the completed donation form (MS Word format / PDF format) for an official receipt.

 

JETCO ATM - Charity Donation (For JETCO customers only)

You can support HKRC through city-wide "JETCO ATM" electronic teller machines. Please select "Donations/Others", then choose "Charity Donation" and select the "Hong Kong Red Cross", and then enter 6-digit HKRC donor no. Donor no. is shown on the upper right-hand side of your donation receipt. If you would like to check or acquire a donor no., please contact our Communications & Resource Development Department at (852) 2802-0016 or by email: crd@redcross.org.hk . Please mail us the original bank pay-in-slip together with the completed donation form (MS Word format / PDF format) for an official receipt.

 

By PPS

Registered account holders could dial 18011 for bill registration and 18031 for donation or visit the PPS website. Login your PPS account and enter the HKRC's merchant code "9167". Please choose the area that you want to support as "Bill Type" and input your 6-digit HKRC donor no. as the "Bill Account No". Donor no. is shown on the upper right-hand side of your donation receipt. If you would like to check or acquire a donor number, please contact our Communications & Resource Development Department at (852) 2802-0016 or by email: crd@redcross.org.hk . Official receipt will be mailed to you automatically in 4-6 weeks upon confirmation of your donation.

Group Donation from Corporations/ Organizations

You are welcome to encourage your staff/ members to support Hong Kong Red Cross by making donations via the following payment methods:

1) Crossed cheque or
2) Direct transfer to HKRC account

We would appreciate it if the contact person/ responsible staff would help to collect cash donations made by staff/ members of your corporation/ organization and deposit the donation into the HKRC account.

For issuing of donation receipts, please fill in the "Corporate One-off Donation Form" (MS Word format / PDF format) and "Group Donor List Form" and return to us according to the following procedures:

  1. send the donation together with the above forms by mail to Communications and Resource Development Department, Hong Kong Red Cross Headquarters , 19 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon
  2. email soft copy of "Group Donor List Form" to crd@redcross.org.hk with email subject indicating "group donation" and name of your corporation/ organization. Kindly include the information below in your email message:
  • name of your corporation/ organization
  • name of contact person
  • contact phone number
  • donation operation/ purpose
  • donation amount
  • mailing date of your donation forms and documents

 

Donations of HK$100 or above are tax-deductible.
