Programme Executive (CDME)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the supervisor to ensure the implementation and execution of Chronic Disease Management Service for the Elderly (CDME) including administrative, IT and procurement duties of the team, etc.
  • Ensure the volunteer record is correct and proper use/maintenance through the Volunteer Management System.
  • Prepare service data/information, e.g. number of volunteers/participants, service sessions and service hours etc, for the supervisor in submission of the related service reports.
  • Assist the supervisor to manage and monitor the service quality of the projects, programs and operation of the team and in compliance with the policies, regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist the supervisor to communicate and engage with internal/external stakeholders for soliciting resources to support the operation and development of the service.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years post-graduation working experience, and completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above.
  • University Degree holder with less working experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, flexible, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure.
  • Willing to communicate with others as well as working independently.
  • Good command of both written and oral Chinese/Cantonese/ Putonghua.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing.
  • Candidate who is looking for part-time will also be considered.

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
