Assistant Manager (Heat Project)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall coordination of the Heat Project.
- Responsible for cases management, intervention activities process & implementation and cases data collection.
- Monitor all registered cases’ profile, home assessment data, and follow up on cases compliance and commitment to intervention activities.
- Screen and recruit cases for intervention activities.
- Take part in implementing and monitoring of all home modification and health-related activities for registered cases.
- Liaise with local stakeholders for promotion of the service.
- Assist the Manager to ensure quality, efficiency in programme delivery and management.
- Supervise and guide programme executives and volunteers in providing quality community health programmes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in social work or health-related discipline.
- Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Social Work or health-related discipline, with 2 years post-graduation and related working experience.
- Sound experience in health service promotion and implementation of community service and programmes.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, sound leadership skills, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent skills in communication and social networking.
