Programme Executive (Community Service)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supervisors to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of community service projects, e.g. services for multi-cultural communities, the new initiatives of developing community project in social housing, social cohesion and inclusion project under Corporate Strategic Plan.
  • Organize and execute the services, trainings, and activities to the target population to provide social support.
  • Provide administrative support in different community services to ensure the efficient operation.
  • Organize the trainings and activities related statistics regularly for service evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for warehouse and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with volunteers/service providers in providing quality community services.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including different service teams and collaborative organizations.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years post-graduation working experience, and completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above.
  • University Degree holder with less working experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, flexible, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure.
  • Willing to communicate with others as well as working independently.
  • Good command of both written and oral Chinese/Cantonese/ Putonghua.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing.

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
