A fatal school bus crash accident happened at Cheung Hong Street in North Point on 10 December 2018 that left 4 dead and 11 injured.

After assessing the distress level of the affected public and residents, HKRC immediately mobilized 4 volunteer, 2 staff and 1 Clinical Psychologist to Empire Apartments and State Theatre Shopping Arcade in North Point in the evening on the same day and provided timely psychoeducation to 74 residents / tenants who were emotionally disturbed by the traffic accident.

A follow up session to 1 beneficiary was made by Clinical Psychologist on 17 December 2018 at HKRC Headquarters.
