• The centres provide storage and training facilities in preparation for overseas disasters to enhance our efficiency in coordinating overseas disaster relief operations.

Psychological Support Service Hotline Centre

• To provide timely psychological support service to reduce the emotional distress and sufferings of vulnerable people and care givers who are affected by disasters or emergencies, and to foster their adaptive and coping abilities.
• The services provided can be in the form of individual or group Psychological First-Aid, Psycho-education sessions, Hotline psychological support, etc.
