The Secretary will convene a meeting in Hong Kong, restricted to all participating students (local and overseas alike), at 9:00 (HK time) on Friday, 6th March 2009, at a venue to be advised. At the meeting, the Secretary will provide a briefing to all participating teams.

There will be a seminar to be held after the briefing session at 10:30 (HK time) at the same venue. Distinguished speakers will be invited to give talks to all participants on the topic of international humanitarian law. While all teams must attend the seminar, team coaches are also welcome join. Further details of the seminar will be announced in due course.
