1. The 8th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot (2010) (the “Competition”) shall be run under the auspices of an Advisory Board, which shall have the power to:

1. co-opt members;
2. appoint a Secretary and/or Assistant Secretary to administer the Competition;
3. appoint judges; and
4. amend and apply these rules as it thinks fit.
