Providing emergency relief service for the fire affected people in Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok
A fire broke out at some booths in Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok on 6 December 2010. Nine residents were affected and then arranged by the Home Affairs Department to stay in the nearby community centre temporarily.
The Red Cross staff and volunteers responded immediately on the same day and distributed relief materials, including clothing bundles and daily necessities to the affected residents to meet their emergency needs.
