Providing emergency relief service for the fire affected people in Ngau Tau Kok
A Fire broke out in Choi Ha Estate, Ngau Tau Kok on 21 February 2010. A household with two residents became homeless and were arranged to shelter in the nearby community center.
The volunteers and staff from Hong Kong Red Cross responded immediately on the same day and distributed relief, including clothing bundles and daily necessities to the affected residents to meet their emergency needs. Psychological support service and useful information were also provided.
