A Fire Signal No.3 incident happened in Ferry Street, Yau Ma Tei on 15 September 2008. a household were affected and arranged to stay in the nearby community center temporarily. 

On the same day, the Red Cross staff and volunteer responded immediately and distributed relief materials including clothing bundles and daily necessities to the 3 affected residents to meet their emergency needs.
