The HKRC launched Community Health and Education Service "Health Chat" for anyone who has questions about personal health related to COVID-19 through WhatApp message to (+852) 9738 2934. The service is handled by trained volunteers or staff members, with professional support from registered nurses.
Simply send a message to (+852) 9738 2934 and leave your enquiry about any health related issues due to COVID-19 outbreak.
Online Health Talks
Since mid-February 2020, online health talks have been held by health professionals to share health information on with general public.

Published Training Kit for Disaster Prevention and Preparedness
Starting from early January 2020, the HKRC disseminated personal and environmental hygiene knowledge through social media platform in order to promote good hygiene practices among general public. To better prepared the public in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the HKRC also produced a training kit for disaster prevention and preparedness, with information on definition of COVID-19, personal and environmental hygiene, and psychological support.

Produce and Distribute 180,000 Leaflets on Information related to Personal Hygiene to General Public
The HKRC produced 180,000 leaflets on how to prevent respiratory infectious diseases and maintain good personal and environmental hygiene; among which, 160,000 copies were sent to residents living in public housing estates in Tuen Mun and Sha Tin District in January 2020. Other leaflets were distributed to the public through different activities and local partners (such as elderly centers, rehabilitation service centers, youth centers, etc.).
