A fire broke out at Shan Tung Street, Mong Kok in evening on 10 April 2018. After assessing the needs of the affected people, Psychological Support Service Team and Local Disaster Relief & Disaster Preparedness Service Team had jointly mobilized 10 volunteers and 4 staff to conduct a community outreach on 25th April. In total, the teams provided disaster preparedness education and psycho-education to 64 affected households to support their emotional needs.
