On Tuesday 22 May 2018, a cleansing staff passed away during work at North Point. A service request was received from the company on 28 May 2018 to support their staff. On the following day, HKRC mobilized 2 volunteers, 2 clinical psychologists and 1 staff of Psychological Support Team to conduct group and individual session to provide psychological support to the 7 affected staff to support their emotional needs.
