On Monday 23 July 2018, a woman committed suicide at her residence in Tsz Wan Shan.

A service request was received from her organization on 24 July 2018 (Tuesday). On 25 July 2018 (Wednesday), HKRC mobilized 5 volunteers, 1 staff and 1 Professional Volunteer as Educational Psychologist of Psychological Support Team at their office to provide psychological support to 9 affected colleagues to support their emotional needs.
