On Thursday 19 July 2018, a worker died in a fatal industrial incident in Tsim Sha Tsui.

A service request was received from a registered charitable organization on Tuesday, 24 July 2018 to support the family of the deceased. In the evening of Friday, 27 July 2018, HKRC mobilized 1 volunteer, 1 staff and 1 clinical psychologist of Psychological Support Team to provide individual psychological support service to 2 family members to support their emotional needs.
