On 13 August 2018, a man fell from height at an industrial building at Kwun Tong. A service request was received from a security company in the afternoon on the same date to support their colleagues.

On 16 August 2018, the HKRC mobilized 2 volunteers, 1 staff and 1 Clinical Psychologist of Psychological Support Team to provide timely psychological support service and psycho-education to 3 affected staff to support their emotional needs.
