On 15 August 2018, a resident fell to death at a residential building at Pok Hong Estate. After assessing the distress level of the affected family members and nearby residents, HKRC immediately contacted the district councillor to provide timely psychological support to the people in need.

A service request was received from the district councillor on 17 August 2018 to support 1 nearby resident. In the afternoon of 21 August 2018, HKRC mobilized 1 volunteer, 1 staff and 1 Clinical Psychologist of Psychological Support Team to provide timely psychological support service via phone service to 1 resident to support her emotional needs.
